Teaming up with the Corvino Foundation and their partnership with the Herren Project has given Double Barrel Roasters Inc. a mission besides providing great coffee to the metropolitan area. We are supporting their mission of helping individuals suffering from addiction to drugs and alcohol a safe place to build a foundation of hope. The Corvino Foundation and the Herren Project award a scholarship into Recovery Housing, provide rental assistance over 7 weeks and supply each scholar with a Recovery Coach that assists the scholar with life/recovery decisions over a 6-month period. Their efforts have helped to bring a foundation of recovery to so many and a new life built around a community accomplishing the same goals. We are proud of our new partnership and the opportunity to give back to a community that really needs support.
